I hereby give notice that the AGM will take place via Zoom on Friday 26th March 2021 at 6pm. From the 9th of March the Agenda for the virtual meeting will be available in the password protected Committee page of the website. together with the President’s Address, the Honorary Treasurer’s Report and nominations for the Election of Officers and Committee for 2021/2022. Members will be sent, by email, a reminder of the password to gain entry. Full members will have the opportunity to vote at the meeting and should they wish to do so, nominate alternative candidates for Officers and Committee for the Association’s forthcoming year.
